The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Storage/Maintenance Facility provides support for the unmanned aerial vehicle operations at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. The facility provides for maintenance and storage of the aircraft, administrative support and training space for personnel, as well as support and maintenance for equipment and vehicles required to operate and transport the aircraft.
The UAV Facility includes an aircraft parking apron, tow zones, hangar storage, maintenance space for eight UAVs and maintenance space for seven-ton trucks and High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMVVs).
